Wind northeast 10 to 15 knots increasing to northeast 15 to 20 this evening and to northeast 25 late overnight. Wind diminishing to northeast 15 to 20 near noon Friday except southwest 35 over southeastern sections. Wind becoming northwest 20 Friday evening.

Snow beginning this evening becoming rain or snow near midnight. Fog banks forming Friday morning and dissipating Friday evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow and in fog banks.
