 moderate.
Tonight..Mainly cloudy. 40 percent chance of showers early this
 evening. Clearing overnight. Fog patches developing before morning.
 Low plus 3.
Wednesday..A mix of sun and cloud. 30 percent chance of showers over
 the ridges in the afternoon. Fog patches dissipating in the morning.

East Columbia.
