by Environment Canada at 5:00 a.m. PDT Tuesday 28 April 2026 for
today and Wednesday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 11:00 a.m. PDT.

North Vancouver Island.
Today..Mainly cloudy. Clearing late this afternoon. Fog patches
 dissipating this morning. Wind becoming northwest 20 km/h near noon
 except gusting to 40 over exposed coastal sections this afternoon.
 High 12 except 18 inland. UV index 5 or moderate.
Tonight..A few clouds. Increasing cloudiness after midnight. Fog
 patches developing overnight. Wind northwest 20 km/h except gusting
 to 40 over exposed coastal sections this evening. Wind becoming
 light late this evening. Low plus 5.
Wednesday..Clearing late in the morning. Fog patches dissipating in
 the morning. High 15 except 22 inland. UV index 6 or high.

Central Coast - coastal sections.
Today..Mainly cloudy. Clearing this afternoon. Fog patches
 dissipating this morning. Wind light except northwest 30 km/h over
 exposed coastal sections. High 14. UV index 5 or moderate.
Tonight..Clear. Wind light except northwest 30 km/h over exposed
 coastal sections this evening. Low plus 5.
Wednesday..Sunny. Fog patches in the morning. High 15. UV index 6 or
 high.

Central Coast - inland sections.
Today..Clearing this morning. Wind west 20 km/h becoming light early
 this morning. Wind becoming west 20 gusting to 40 near noon.

Tonight..Clear. Wind west 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light this
 evening. Low plus 2.
Wednesday..Sunny. Wind becoming west 20 km/h gusting to 40 near noon.
